Although it was raining heavily the day before Cathy and Ian’s wedding, it was very warm, dry and mostly sunny on their big day, with the rain holding off until late evening.
It was a pleasant surprise to find about 15 free-of-charge car parking spaces reserved for attendees of the Portsmouth Register Office.
The ceremony at the Register Office was short (only 13 minutes) but sweet, with no time allowed to get a group shot on the impressive staircase before the next couple went in, but we had ample time in the small garden alongside the Register Office to get the group shots.
